We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic increases, or revenue results. All estimates of timelines and deliverables in proposals are reasonable projections based on the information available at the time.

3. Project Agreements

All project work begins only after a written proposal is accepted and any required advance payment is received. The scope, deliverables, payment terms, and timeline for each project are defined in the project proposal. Changes to scope after acceptance may affect timeline and cost.

4. Payment

Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis. Typically, an advance payment is required before work commences, with remaining payments tied to defined milestones. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

Late payment may result in work being paused until outstanding amounts are settled. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for their project, including design files, code, and content produced under the agreement.

Shriyan Technologies retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used in the delivery of services. Third-party components used in the project are subject to their respective licenses.

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of Shriyan Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, timely feedback on deliverables, and access to necessary systems and assets. Delays caused by late client feedback or missing information are not the responsibility of Shriyan Technologies and may affect agreed timelines.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any business information shared during the engagement that is reasonably understood to be confidential. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or required to be disclosed by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shriyan Technologies' total liability for any claim arising from a project engagement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific project. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities.
